Our migration work is led by Vick Bhardwaj, a registered migration agent (MARN 1794201). A MARN is a Migration Agents Registration Number, and it means the advice you get is lawful, accountable, and bound by a professional Code of Conduct overseen by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). You can check that registration yourself on the public OMARA register, and we’d encourage you to check any agent you’re thinking of using.
Our education advice comes from Bachiter Singh, a qualified education agent counsellor (QEAC O920). The QEAC credential means Bachiter has been trained and assessed to counsel international students on courses, providers and the study system, so the guidance you get on where to study is informed, not guesswork.
In Australia, only a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner can lawfully give you immigration assistance for a fee. That rule exists to protect you. A registered agent is qualified, has to keep their knowledge current, carries professional indemnity insurance, and answers to a regulator if something goes wrong.
Unregistered “consultants” and “visa agents” can offer you none of that. If they make a mistake, mishandle your money, or lodge a weak application, you carry the loss, and in migration a single mistake can cost you a visa, a refusal on your record, or years of your life. Choosing a registered migration agent is the simplest way to take that risk off the table.
Most people who come to Australia are dealing with a visa and an education plan at the same time. A student needs the right course and the right visa. That makes us easy to reach from Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt, Springwood, Rochedale and Logan, and it’s a straightforward run from the CBD, the western suburbs and the northern Gold Coast. There’s parking on site and we see clients by appointment.
